Lauren Lopez

Lauren Lopez was infatuated with dancing even before she was able to walk. At the age of 3, she was introduced to ballet, jazz and tap. Throughout the years she continued to enhance her skills in all forms of dance.

At the age of 10, Lauren gained 2 years of experience as a Junior Eagles cheerleader. In 2006 she was accepted into Nyce Stylez Hip Hop Dance Company. This has given Lauren the opportunity to perform at Six Flags Great Adventure, Sesame Place, NGC Fit Test, Philadelphia Sixers/Eagles games, and numerous fashion shows. In addition, she has been accepted into the 2007/2008 Garden State Dance Festival.

Lauren began her first Salsa lessons in 2004 at the Atrium Dance Studio where she joined teen group El Futuro and for a brief time, the Salsera Unidas.

In 2006, Lauren began dancing for Mas Estilo teen group under the choreography of Darlin Garcia. She is the youngest member of the pro salsa group Art In Motion performing nationally and internationally. She continues to broaden her dance experience with belly dancing with Tribal Rose for the past 3 years.
